Step 1: Documentation Review
Restaurants submit detailed information about their suppliers, certifications, and practices

- • Detailed ingredient sourcing information
Step 2: Read the Verification Status
Review the checks and evidence available for the specific restaurant; do not assume every aspect has been checked.
- • Current verification status and the scope of the checks
- • The source of the halal information
- • Available evidence about kitchen and separation practices
- • Verification or expiry dates where provided
Step 3: Report Changes
Restaurant information can change. Use the reporting options when something needs review.
- • Report outdated or incorrect restaurant information
- • Request verification where it is not yet available
- • Contact the restaurant about missing details
- • Check the latest status before relying on an earlier verification
